Entrepreneur Workshops

A collection of experiential, hands-on, group workshops offered free to clients. The workshops introduce resources and activities that aid entrepreneurs in specific areas of business growth. In a small-group setting, entrepreneurs work with peers and advisors to think through and design essential components of their business. The four workshops below are offered on a monthly basis throughout the year at the RIC Centre.  

1) The B2B Sales Process (3 workshops, 4 hours each) – This workshop series gives entrepreneurs techniques to map out their sales process as well as tools to manage and influence sales opportunities.

2) Pitching to Investors (2 workshops, 4 hours each) – This workshop series guides entrepreneurs in designing and creating the two resources they need to effectively communicate with investors. 

3) The MarCom Toolkit (3 workshops, 4 hours each) – This workshop series examines the principles of marketing & communication strategies and how start-ups can use them to increase opportunities for growth.

4) Business Strategy Fundamentals (2 workshops, 4 hours each) – This workshop series introduces entrepreneurs to practical tools that allow them to focus on two important components of their early venture.
