RIC Centre hosts the Growing Your Business monthly breakfast speaker series to help technology entrepreneurs fast-track the commercialization process.
Each seminar consists of 3 speakers (an academic, an industry specialist and an entrepreneur) who provide expert advice and insight into the complicated process of growing your business.
Topics include funding resources, intellectual property, business valuation and more. These events are an excellent way to network as well as gain valuable information from others in attendance including:

The final event of the season is Innovator Idol, which combines elements of Dragon’s Den and American Idol.
Entrepreneurs present their business pitch to an expert panel of potential investors. The panel provides investor feedback and the audience votes to select the winning company.
