HumberLaunch Workshop on ‘Crowdfunding’ with Sean Stanleigh

Fall Workshop WebsiteBack by popular demand, HumberLaunch’s Fall Workshop Series will provide you with the tools you need to grow and develop your business ideas.

Join us as we discuss topics on idea generation, business plan development, key relationship management imperatives, effective uses of social media, basics to crowdfunding, and intellectual property law. These sessions will be led by industry professionals and will contain both an instructional/informational portion and a hands-on portion.

Entrepreneurs who attend at least four out of the six workshops will be entered into a pitch competition. Successful participants will become HumberLaunch members, receiving access to the many resources offered by HumberLaunch.

Sean Stanleigh, The Globe and Mail

Sean Stanleigh is the product manager of the Drive and Report on Small Business properties at The Globe and Mail, with an extensive background in journalism in a variety of disciplines, including national, foreign and local news. Sean is co-founder of The Entrepreneurship Society, a networking group for high-growth business owners, and he volunteers his time as a mentor and adviser for several non-profit organizations.
