We heard you, entrepreneurs!
We’ve found that one of the biggest challenges facing startups is marketing. Marketing is an integral part of a go-to-market strategy. A strong brand and an easy-to-navigate website are essential to attracting and capturing customers. But often, startups don’t have the resources or the budget to put these vital pieces together.
After hearing from startups at RIC Centre’s Expert Speaker Series events, we put together a plan to help.
The RIC Centre is pleased to announce that starting in Q2 of 2018, we will be trialing a program to pair freelancers with startups. The freelancers will be focused on graphic and web design and can create branding pieces like logos, business cards and letterheads and a one-page website. The program also takes budget into account and affordable prices are planned for startups looking to create basic marketing collateral.
Initially, the program will be offered to RIC Centre’s upcoming Incubator cohort but if successful, will be rolled out to all clients later this year.
