In this session, startup founders will learn to build a balanced “search and learn” team that is driven by impact and metrics; a team that is accountable and constantly engaged with mentors and advisors for success. Some key learning points will be “CEO Scaling”, recruiting talent, and building a ‘connected company’.
Eligibility: This workshop is for RIC Centre clients who not only have a prototype/beta or Minimum Viable Product (MVP), but also have some customer validation and some traction.
Event cost: Free for RIC Centre clients with $100 refundable deposit; deposit is returned once client attends workshop and completes post-event survey.
Event catering: Light breakfast and lunch is included.
