Hacking Generational Wealth promotion

Black Tech Matters is launching the Hacking Generational Wealth hackathon February 26 – 28, 2021 to disrupt the cycle of economic inequality and inequity. Open to participants from across Canada and the United States.

Participating teams will:

  • Spend 48 hours developing solutions to build generational wealth for minority communities.
  • Be guided by a series of speakers, mentors, and industry experts.
  • Pitch your business and technology ideas to a panel of judges.

The top nine solutions will be invited to join the Black Tech Matters Accelerator for additional funding, mentorship and market entry support.

Sponsored by the City of Toronto and the City of Brampton as well as Hackworks.

Registration is now open at www.hackworks.com/Hacking-Generational-Wealth.
